Terms of Service

1. Services. Nexstead designs, builds and hosts websites for small businesses and offers ongoing monthly services. What's included depends on the plan you buy.
2. Payment. Setup fees are due at checkout. Monthly plans bill automatically every month until you cancel. Whop processes payments, and prices don't include applicable sales tax.
3. Your content. You provide accurate business information, photos, logos and text. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. We aren't responsible for delays caused by missing content.
4. Timeline. We aim to launch your site within 7 days of receiving everything we need. Revisions and extra pages outside your plan may cost extra, and we'll quote you before doing that work.
5. Ownership. Your business name, logo and content stay yours. Once your setup fee is paid, the finished site design is yours to keep. Hosting and monthly services last only while your plan is active. Founding Client plans have no setup fee, so if you cancel a Founding Client plan, the site comes down. You keep your domain and Google Business Profile, and you can buy the site files for $500.
6. Results. We work to improve how customers find and contact you. We can't guarantee specific rankings, calls, leads or revenue, including in Google or AI search tools.
7. Cancellation. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. See the Refund Policy for setup fees. We may end service if payments fail or for misuse, with notice by email.
8. Liability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
9. Changes. We may update these terms, and we'll email you about material changes.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
