Refund Policy

Setup fees. If we haven't started work on your website, you can cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund of the setup fee. Once we've started designing or building, the setup fee is non-refundable, because it pays for work already done.
Monthly plans. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, and it stops renewing at the end of the current billing period. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months.
Founding Client plan. There is no setup fee. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time, as above. If you cancel, the site comes down. You keep your domain and Google Business Profile, and you can buy the site files for $500.
